Whether it's routine maintenance or a breakdown you can't ignore, we bring honest work and fair prices to every diesel engine that rolls into our bay.
We service all diesel makes and models — pickup trucks, commercial rigs, and everything in between. No job too big, no concern too small.
Premium synthetic and conventional oils tailored to your engine's needs. We use quality filters and follow manufacturer specs to the letter.
Check engine lights don't have to be a mystery. We run full diagnostic scans to pinpoint issues fast and explain exactly what's going on.
Brake pads, rotors, shocks, and more. We keep your truck stopping safely and riding smooth, whether it's hauling or just commuting.
Radiators, water pumps, thermostats, and coolant flushes. Overheating diesels cause expensive damage — we catch it before it happens.
Transmission fluid changes, filter replacements, and repair. Diesel transmissions take a beating — regular maintenance extends their life significantly.
Thinking about buying a used diesel? Bring it to us first. We'll give you a thorough, honest assessment so you know exactly what you're getting.

Erwin's Diesel Maintenance started with a simple idea: diesel owners in Huntersville deserve a shop that treats their truck like their own. Not a dealership upsell, not a chain with hourly targets — just honest, skilled work from people who know diesel engines inside and out.
We're right here on Asbury Chapel Road, serving the Charlotte area and beyond. Whether you're a fleet manager with multiple rigs or a weekend warrior with a diesel pickup, we give you the same attention and the same fair price.

You'll talk to the person working on your truck, not a call center. We explain what's wrong and what it'll cost before we touch a wrench.
No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. We give you a clear estimate and stick to it. If we find something extra, we call you first.
We're neighbors. On Asbury Chapel Road, serving the same community you are. We care about our reputation because we see you at the grocery store.
We use reputable parts — OEM when it makes sense, quality aftermarket when it doesn't hurt. Your truck runs right, and it stays running right.
Call us, drop by the shop, or send a message — we're happy to talk through what your truck needs. No appointment necessary for estimates.
